See every stitch before your machine does.
Open an embroidery file to watch it sew, check it fits your hoop, and convert it for your machine. The file never leaves this computer.
Colour stops
Change a colour or name a thread. It updates the hoop, the run sheet and any conversion to a format that stores colour.

Hoop fit
Hoop sizes are typical sewing fields. Check your machine's manual, as some hoops vary by model.
Run sheet
One printed page with what the person at the machine needs. Choose Save as PDF in the print window if you want a file.
This design is bigger than an A4 sheet, so the template will be cut off when printed.
Thread lengths are estimates: sewn path plus 0.5 mm per stitch through the cloth, with bobbin at a third of the top thread. Sewing time adds 30 seconds for each stop. Your machine and fabric will differ.
Your own logo and business name on the sheet are part of the £12 unlock, coming soon.

Your branding
Job price
Sums for the design you have open. The starting numbers are placeholders, so type in your own rates.
Batch conversion and branded run sheets
Everything above is free. A one-time unlock adds the two things that save a business time.
- Convert a whole folder or a ZIP at once, and download a single ZIP. Each file is read back and checked, as usual.
- Put your logo and business name on the run sheet.
- One payment with no account. Your files still stay on your computer.

Why it doesn't upload anything
Your files are your stock
Paid designs and customer logos shouldn't sit on a stranger's server. Here the page does the work in your browser, and no file is ever sent anywhere.
Every conversion is checked
After writing a file, Hoopbench reads it back and compares it with the original, needle point by needle point. If they differ, it doesn't save the file.
Conversion isn't redesign
Stitches stay where the digitiser put them, and density and underlay don't change. Stitch a test piece before a run, as you would with any new file.
Only convert designs you own or have the right to use. A design you bought is usually licensed to you, and its licence may limit sharing the converted file.
